About the position

At Coco, we’re dedicated to perfecting the last-mile delivery experience. We believe the industry in its current state is massively under-serving merchants, so we’re building a frictionless, reliable, lovable, and sustainable robotic delivery solution for merchants and their customers in cities everywhere. As a Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of Coco’s mission—shaping the software and services that power our growing fleet of delivery robots. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, from Coco field operatives to global delivery platforms to customers waiting for dinner, to understand their needs and craft products that delight them. You will organize and prioritize feature requests into a coherent roadmap that makes the best use of engineering resources. Finally, you will own the delivery of key business outcomes that determine Coco's success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more of Coco's product families, for example mapping and routing.
  • Dive deep with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, and use the resulting data to design products and features that people love to use.
  • Write crisp PRDs and user stories that empower engineers and designers to move fast.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly across competing requests, balancing near-term wins with long-term vision.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in physical sciences, engineering, economics, or mathematics
  • 4+ years of product management experience building software, hardware or services products.
  • Proven track record of shipping complex, data-driven features in fast-growing startups.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to align diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, mobility, or autonomy.
  • Background as a software engineer or data scientist.
  • Familiarity with UX-research and service-design methodologies.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical field.
