Are you a creative, experiment-minded marketer eager to make a tangible impact on how we bring in new riders around the world? As Product Marketing Manager focused on New Rider Growth, you'll figure out how we get new users to take their first rides through the right marketing messages and experiences. In this role, you'd be instrumental in unlocking significant growth for Uber in key regions. You would have the important task of figuring out how to accelerate the number of new riders taking a first trip and beyond with Uber, in markets all around the world. It is focused on crafting the right messaging and marketing tactics to increase confidence, inspire usage, and get them ready to ride through experimentation. You'll partner closely with teammates across Product, Marketing, Research, Design, and Engineering to grow our rider base. You'll bring a creative and user-first mindset, paired with a curiosity for data and optimization. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you'll have the opportunity to shape customer journeys, contribute to being the 'front door' of what our new users see, and connect the dots across Marketing and Product to catalyze growth across diverse global audiences.
