About the position

The Product Marketing Manager will work collaboratively in a highly-matrixed environment, driving the development and execution of GTM strategies for new product introductions and adoption/engagement campaigns across a variety of categories, including digital/physical infrastructure, outdoor TVs and transmission. This person will work with cross-functional teams to successfully align with company objectives and desired outcomes, maximizing growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio. Intellectual curiosity, accountability, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and business acumen are key attributes to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop GTM strategy, messaging and positioning for new product introductions that are leveraged for launch campaigns and ongoing demand generation
  • Drive the creation of assets that assist integrators in the sale of luxury automation and user interface solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with a wide variety of team members to ensure initiatives meet expectations
  • Measure performance to evaluate efficacy and drive continuous improvement, communicating results to the team with recommended actions for optimization
  • Build strategic marketing partnerships across the business to influence, motivate, and move initiatives forward
  • Manage expectations across internal stakeholders while driving a high level of visibility and clarity across a fluid landscape of projects and timelines
  • Ensure the voice of customer is front and center in all new product introductions

Requirements

  • 2+ years Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns across many channels
  • Experience partnering across functions, levels and lines of business and working specifically with creative marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, to be a problem solver and to juggle numerous projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Undergraduate degree or technical discipline
