We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Product Marketing Operations Manager to drive efficiency, alignment, and impact across our Product Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and execution-ensuring that our initiatives run smoothly, data informs our decisions, and cross-functional collaboration is seamless. Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end product announcement and activation workflow, ensuring alignment across teams, clear milestones, and flawless execution of our product launches.
  • Lead the planning, tracking, and execution of key Product Marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Act as the operational glue between Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Enablement, GTM, and Product/Engineering teams to drive seamless execution.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices to enhance speed, agility, and collaboration within Product Marketing and our cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance Product Marketing efficiency and impact.
  • Build and manage reporting frameworks to measure Product Marketing effectiveness, product launch performance, and sales enablement impact.
  • Keep leadership team informed of status and risk of owned programs and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in Program management roles
  • Demonstrated & progressive success in project management, managing several projects at once and driving cross-functional stakeholders to action.
  • Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and best practices.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast paced culture and isn't afraid of change and ambiguity.
  • PMP Certification is a plus; comfort with data and analyzing impact is a plus.
  • Experience leading transformational and strategic programs is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), project management tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable, Confluence), data orchestration tools (Workato, Zapier), visualization tools (Tableau), and database tools (Snowflake).
