Position Description: Develop and document scalable processes for product development, launch, and lifecycle management. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements using Agile methodologies. Standardize workflows across teams to ensure consistency and quality. Design and coordinate product trials or pilots, including defining objectives, success metrics, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, customer success) to execute trials. Collect and analyze trial data to inform go/no-go decisions and product refinements. Track KPIs and operational metrics to evaluate process performance and product readiness. Generate insights from trial outcomes and operational data to support strategic decisions. Build dashboards and reporting tools to communicate progress and findings to stakeholders. Act as a liaison between product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. Facilitate alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Support change management efforts when introducing new tools or processes. Evaluate and implement tools that support process automation, documentation, and collaboration. Maintain systems used for tracking trials, feedback, and processing documentation. Ensure adherence to internal standards and external regulations (if applicable). Maintain documentation for audits, reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt or Black Belt (ASQ or IASSC), ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL), Certified Agile Tester (CAT), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent certifications in Process, Operations, Testing & Trials, or Project & Change Management.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and other Agile methodologies (Kanban, Lean, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
  • 5-7+ years in product operations, program management, or business operations.
  • Experience supporting product teams with process design, tooling, and data insights.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running pilots or trials.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to test new features, processes, or tools.
  • Defining success metrics, collecting feedback, and iterating based on results.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or managing tools that support product operations.
  • Experience using data to inform decisions.
