About the position

At Klaviyo, our people are the foundation of everything we build. As a Product Recruiter, you'll be responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring the product management talent that powers our growth. You'll partner closely with product leaders to shape hiring strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and ensure we're building high-performing product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for product management roles from kickoff to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with product leadership to understand business needs, define role requirements, and design interview processes.
  • Source, engage, and close top product candidates, including passive talent.
  • Provide market insights, talent data, and compensation benchmarks to influence hiring strategies.
  • Ensure every candidate has an excellent experience throughout the process.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes to drive efficiency, fairness, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for product management roles at tech companies
  • Proven ability to partner closely with product leaders and hiring managers
  • Deep understanding of the product management discipline and how to evaluate product talent
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging and closing top passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
  • Demonstrated success delivering on hiring goals in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to provide market insights and influence hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations.
