Our Product UI/UX Designer will collaborate with other designers and product managers to translate product requirements and our roadmap into clear, user-friendly designs that drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, efficient, detail-oriented, and organized in their UX and UI design approach. As a key team member, the designer will lead UX and UI efforts to deliver simple, scalable performance management software for HR professionals.
