About the position
Meta is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager on PDO, you will be responsible for managing various data programs end-to-end, including data labeling, annotation, and collection. You will work cross-functionally to optimize existing programs, proactively surface insights, and provide recommendations for product improvement. Additionally, you will actively engage with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization. In this role, you could have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of AI and AI experiences, or contribute to the development of innovative hardware products. Your expertise in project management will help drive the success of PDO's initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and insights that power Meta's products.
Responsibilities
- Manage various data programs end-to-end, including data labeling, annotation, and collection.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize existing programs.
- Proactively surface insights and provide recommendations for product improvement.
- Engage with colleagues and partners to enhance operational processes across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative.
- Communication, presentation, and project management reporting experience.
- Experience analyzing and solving problems.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with SQL.
- Understanding of Meta Reality Labs products.
- Experience working with data sets.
