Regional Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Strategic Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic POD (Points of Distribution) team. In this role, you'll lead and support marketing initiatives across a group of properties, managing projects from concept to execution. Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned marketing projects-from ideation to deployment.
• Drive workflow through Salesforce marketing tools and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor budgets and align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Define guest criteria and offer values with guidance from leadership.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure flawless execution and resolve issues quickly.
• Track feedback and inputs from cross-functional teams to inform calendar planning.
• Reconcile post-event expenses and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop event and offer details in collaboration with property partners and POD leadership.
• Manage purchase orders and contracts for event-related needs (e.g., gifts, gift cards, vehicles).
• Build and maintain vendor relationships-both internal and external.
• Craft compelling value propositions and messaging.
• Review and approve creative materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
• Proof direct mail and email campaigns before deployment.
• Share insights and collaborate with peers across POD teams.
• Partner with internal groups including Property Events Team, Direct Mail Teams, Analytics, Audit, and Studio, Brand and Internal Services, Property Marketing Leaders, and External Vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of marketing experience, preferably in the casino or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe and project management tools is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
