About the position

This position is full-time with no nights, weekends, or holidays, allowing you to control your income with a compensation plan that rewards your efforts. You will receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $1000 per week. If you have a valid driver's license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies, training, appointments, and a uniform, along with a company car to use while working.

Responsibilities

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If a team lead, manage the team's schedule and drive safely.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm.
