About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of F&B Outlets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a fine dining/full-service restaurant environment required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service and enhance team performance.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
