Retail Marketing Specialist

About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and sales performance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform strategy
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee production of retail marketing materials
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor campaign execution and performance
• Prepare reports and presentations on campaign results and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seasonal and new product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail marketing or a related role
• Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
