Responsibilities

  • Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact.
  • Wear name badge with pride and greet teammates warmly.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
  • Review sales goals and learn about new arrivals and top-selling items.
  • Engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
  • Offer a warm welcome and create friendly, personal conversations with customers.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms.
  • Update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
  • Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need.
  • End interactions with a sincere thank-you, often using the customer’s name.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
