Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and customers warmly and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.
- Engage with customers, offering personalized recommendations and building relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms.
- Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction at the end of their visit.
