About the position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist in the assembly and maintenance of boats. This role involves performing daily operational tasks, troubleshooting issues during the build process, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively, adapt well to a fast-paced setting, and communicate effectively with Customer Support regarding project progress. You must have the ability to follow instructions, uphold professionalism, and contribute positively to the team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in developing, measuring, and meeting/exceeding standards and timetables for each task.
- Perform maintenance duties and tasks related to the daily functional needs of the job.
- Communicate progress and schedule updates to Customer Support.
- Request supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects and help maintain inventory.
- Perform basic troubleshooting during the boat-building process.
- Follow safety practices and report concerns as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
