JFDI Accountants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is strictly administrative and focused on supporting the efficiency of sales operations, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing internal processes. This individual should have exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with precision and limited errors. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting research, executing prospecting due diligence, and performing sales-related administrative tasks. You will also work closely with our CEO daily and support business development initiatives. As a key contributor to our company’s growth, you will play a crucial role in building the foundation for JFDI's business development and client success pillars. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance of the sales pipeline
  • Assist with the management of incoming client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and record-keeping
  • Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is current and error-free
  • Manage proposal software, including creating and maintaining proposal templates, sending proposals to prospects, and tracking follow-ups
  • Conduct due diligence on prospective clients by gathering and reviewing relevant data to support pricing and quoting
  • Assist in client onboarding by ensuring proper documentation and seamless integration
  • Analyze internal workload metrics and report regularly on KPIs through dashboards and spreadsheets
  • Support business development by handling scheduling, documentation, and administrative sales tasks
  • Continuously refine and improve internal processes to enhance sales operations efficiency
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a related role
  • Pays high attention to detail with a strong ability to manage and analyze data accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and proposal software (e.g., Proposify or similar platforms)
  • Experience with CRM and sales-related software such as HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or cryptocurrency industries is a plus but not required
