About the position

Carolina Meadows, located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is one of the nation's foremost continuing-care retirement communities. This revised PRN position will function as a Sales Support/Marketing Coordinator, providing vital assistance with administrative and clerical tasks that support the Marketing and Sales departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Ready List assignments, appointment scheduling, and home tour requests for both Ready and Waiting List members
  • Support the planning and execution of Open House and Early Advantage events
  • Provide backup coverage for team member vacations and absences
  • Prepare reports and assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
  • Serve as a representative of the community in a professional, welcoming, and forward-facing manner

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or related field, 1 to 3 years marketing/sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital calendar management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable—able to seek out assignments and stay engaged, even in the absence of direct supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and as part of a collaborative team
