Senior Associate, Marketing (Raleigh, NC)

About the position

Kalepa is looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll work directly with the Marketing Director to help execute high-impact marketing programs and drive impact across the entire marketing funnel. You’ll roll up your sleeves on everything from campaign execution and reporting to content development, event planning, and audience research. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves using data to inform action, is eager to learn fast, and wants broad exposure to all areas of B2B marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership — and your work will directly shape how Kalepa shows up to prospects and customers in the market.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact marketing programs
• Drive impact across the entire marketing funnel
• Manage campaign execution and reporting
• Develop content for various marketing channels
• Plan and coordinate events
• Conduct audience research

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience in enterprise software, insurtech, and fintech is preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Ability to distill complex topics into clear takeaways
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
• Exposure to content marketing, demand generation, events, social media, and product marketing
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing efforts
• Curiosity about insurance and ability to tell a differentiated story
