About the position

As a Senior Digital Experience Manager at Blueprint, you will lead the creation and execution of end-to-end customer journey strategies for commercial products, focusing on driving engagement, conversion, and retention. This role combines strategic marketing vision with hands-on execution, ensuring a seamless, personalized customer experience across multiple digital channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, engineering, analytics, and product—to align strategies, forecast outcomes, and deliver measurable business impact. Strong leadership, customer-centric thinking, and expertise in B2B digital marketing are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine customer-first strategies that span the full customer journey—from awareness to loyalty.
  • Lead a cross-functional marketing pod, integrating strategy, execution, and experimentation.
  • Set and manage annual marketing goals, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Partner with analytics teams to track KPIs, measure effectiveness, and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with digital channel owners (email, paid media, in-product) to align campaigns with customer journey goals.
  • Create executive-ready presentations and monthly business review materials for leadership.
  • Pilot and implement innovative approaches to enhance customer experience using AI and data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on customer and business insights for assigned products.
  • Ensure all strategies are aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Drive consistent communication and alignment across internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with proven campaign execution success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer journey mapping and customer experience design.
  • Experience building multi-channel campaign strategies (email, paid media, in-product, etc.).
  • Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience leading virtual or cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage both strategic vision and execution details with precision.
  • Track record of delivering measurable results against performance targets.

  • 10+ years of integrated marketing experience.
