About the position

As the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing (Luxury) you will be a critical marketing lead for several categories, including fashion, luxury, jewelry, and watch. You will help lead strategy for net new business while meeting the demands of category-specific RFPs in collaboration with sales and creative counterparts. You will report to the Group Executive Director of Integrated Marketing and Events.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in developing go-to-market materials and pricing to allow Future to win in the following categories: international fashion, luxury, jewelry, watches, and more.
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to effectively partner with sales and clients across several verticals.
  • Lead creative brainstorms and draft a recap after each session outlining presale costs and ensuring internal party alignment.
  • Create pitch decks/presentations and join client facing calls with the sales team.
  • Assist in post sale, helping with event activations, photoshoots, and custom partnerships.
  • Manage a team of 2+ marketers.

Requirements

  • 12+ years proven experience working within publishing, a media company, advertising agency, or brand.
  • Responsible for leading a category/pod and tracking close rates to revenue goal.
  • Developing and managing hard cost calculations for campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the fashion, luxury, jewelry, watch, and entertainment media landscape.
  • Experience leading internal brainstorms, creating presale client proposals, incorporating data/insights, creative storytelling and developing strategic packaging that meet client KPls.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop innovative concepts that are culturally relevant and industry-pushing.
  • Mastery and demonstrated understanding of storytelling levers and platforms across branded content, edit sponsorships, experiential activations, the nuances of social platforms and more.
  • Experience working with high-level editors, with ability to develop solutions together.
  • Experience managing and mentoring marketers across seniority ranges.
  • Client facing pitch experience.
  • Ability to manage direct and ongoing working relationships with sales and clients.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including spreadsheets and pitch decks/presentations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Asana and other project management tools a plus.
