About the position

As Senior Engagement Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of HealthJoy’s products across our member audience. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong partnership with teams like Customer Success, Member Services, Product Marketing, and Clinical. You'll be instrumental in shaping how members interact with HealthJoy, leading strategic marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize performance, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across all channels. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the member experience and expanding the reach of HealthJoy's valuable services.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to Work Independently and Manage Multiple Projects: This role requires a self-starter who can take initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and seamlessly juggle various campaigns and initiatives from conception to completion without constant oversight.
  • Analyze Data: Centralize and analyze dashboards and results of our member channels. Identifying gaps in performance and reporting on where we need to improve our campaigns.

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Support the execution of our member-facing marketing campaigns across all channels, including: email, SMS, push notifications, webinars, etc.
  • Brand Alignment & Optimization: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the organization's brand guidelines. Monitor campaign results to identify optimizations with messaging.
  • Process Documentation & Efficiency: Responsible for documenting repeatable processes to enable the Engagement Marketing team executes efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Messaging Consistency: Collaborate with stakeholders like Member Services, Clinical Coaches, and Product to ensure member-facing messaging is consistent across all channels.
  • Attribution Model Development: Co-own the creation of our first member marketing attribution model, helping to identify what channels are driving activation through ongoing engagement.
  • Campaign & Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage campaign and content calendars creating cross functional visibility into our teams efforts.
  • New Product Launch Support: Support the Product Marketing Managers and Member Marketing Lead with new product launches by executing and recommending areas of opportunity with member-facing product launch strategies.
  • Content & Collateral Creation: Co-own the responsibility for the development of member-facing content and collateral.
  • Member Success Story Promotion: Support the process of capturing member success stories and promoting them internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Minimum of (5) years of experience in lifecycle marketing, membership marketing, or related field with a strong foundation of email marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms (ie. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io).
  • Proven track record in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and data driven decision making.
  • Experience working in the healthcare, technology, or healthtech industries preferred.
  • Experience working for a B2C and/or mobile app company is a plus.
  • People-oriented with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships.
  • Creative problem-solver and go-getter mentality.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
