About the position

Qodo is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Event Marketing Manager to lead our global event presence across industry trade shows, conferences, and field events. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and sales enablement. As Qodo's Event Marketing Manager, will define and execute the end-to-end event strategy - from messaging and booth design to logistics and pre-event sales alignment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Design, and Product to ensure our events drive pipeline and elevate Qodo’s presence in the enterprise AI and developer ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic thinking with operational rigor, and is motivated by both brand impact and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define Qodo’s event strategy and annual calendar, aligned with GTM goals and brand positioning
  • Evaluate and select / design industry trade shows, conferences, and regional field events based on audience fit, sales objectives, and ROI potential
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to develop themes, narratives, and experience design that differentiate Qodo on the floor
  • Own the end-to-end production process - including concept, creative brief, vendor coordination, booth experience, and print/digital asset delivery
  • Ensure consistent execution across all brand touchpoints (on-site and digital), in partnership with Design and Content teams
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal alignment and communication to deliver seamless event execution
  • Lead all operational aspects of event execution: registration, shipping, setup/breakdown, staffing, swag, and post-event teardown
  • Coordinate closely with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all elements are delivered on time and on brand
  • Drive sales readiness ahead of each event by developing enablement materials: talk tracks, outreach templates, lead follow-up workflows, and meeting briefs
  • Partner with SDRs and AEs to run pre-event meeting booking campaigns
  • Provide training and guidance to field staff on how to engage with prospects and communicate Qodo’s value at the event
  • Own post-event lead handoff, follow-up strategy, and campaign support in coordination with Revenue and Demand Gen teams
  • Track and report on event KPIs including meetings booked, opportunities created, and ROI
  • Continuously analyze performance and apply insights to future planning

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, field marketing, or tradeshow management.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end event strategy and execution in high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales on enablement and meeting generation.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational detail and tight timelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience marketing developer tools, AI platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce), and lead management workflows.
  • Prior success owning both physical and digital events (e.g., hybrid, meetups, roundtables).
