This is your opportunity to be a part of this amazing moment as a Senior Industry Marketing Manager, Financial Services on the Product Marketing team at Five9, which is the market leading Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) provider.

Responsibilities

  • Study the Financial Services marketplace for CX in terms of segments, trends, IT priorities, product fit, partner possibilities, and competitive threats, and then identify market opportunities that meet the buyer needs.
  • Design and drive go-to-market Marketing programs that uses a product marketing skill set while orchestrating competitive analysis, demand generation, events, digital marketing, PR, social, analyst relations, and partner marketing.
  • Develop concise and compelling positioning using Five9’s AI, omni-channel communications, workforce engagement, and partnerships that differentiated Five9 to buyers in Financial Services.
  • Stay tight with Sales through trainings, quarterly round-table meetings, ad-hoc requests to support their opportunities, and frequent communication on new content, partnerships, & competitive threats.
  • Work with Product Management on product gaps and road map priorities in Financial Services.
  • Engage with key partners to promote CCaaS, develop co-marketing programs, and explore joint solutions to reach new markets in financial services.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of enterprise cloud software industry or product marketing experience with at least 2+ years of experience in a field facing role.
  • Experience marketing or selling contact center solutions into Financial Services.
  • Very strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing or finance.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the capacity to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive messages for Sales, Partners and customers.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with respect to trends, industry, and target customer insights.
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Great negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 15% to attend tradeshows, events, and customer presentations.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • Ability to effectively lead cross functional teams and meetings to get alignment needed to prioritize work.
