Responsibilities
- Define and Drive Strategy: Shape the product vision for the Payments platform, aligning business goals, customer safety, and compliance with cutting-edge technology practices.
- Scale for Growth: Focus on building a best-in-class scalable Payments platform that supports multiple payment products and handles rising transaction volumes, paving the way for innovation and expansion.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and ensure our core platform enables products that provide exceptional, seamless, and intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Lead and work with product, engineering, design, and business teams to deliver platform solutions that enhance the entire product ecosystem, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Scalability & Infrastructure: Oversee the development of a flexible and scalable platform that can support current and future product demands, ensuring a strong foundation for continued growth and product innovation.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data analytics and market insights to inform platform development decisions, ensuring the product evolves to meet both current and future customer needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a focus on different types of Payments (ACH, Cards, Wallets) and money movement platforms. SaaS industry experience is a plus.
- Proven success building enterprise scale payments / fintech platforms and delivering high-impact products with seamless customer experiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations, ideally within core payments or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product strategy.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and managing end-to-end product development cycles.
