As we continue to expand our enterprise relationships and strategic partnerships, we're seeking a Senior Leader, B2B Marketing to drive our ambitious growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Amazon's innovative culture and healthcare's transformational moment, working closely with our centralized Amazon Health Services (AHS) marketing team while owning the B2B marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will combine deep healthcare industry expertise with a passion for innovation, thriving in Amazon's data-driven culture while building and executing marketing strategies that accelerate enterprise growth, demonstrate clear ROI to enterprise customers and health system partners, and strengthen our network of strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive enterprise customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across priority MSAs
  • Own the marketing strategy for health system partnerships
  • Partner with AHS central marketing to ensure alignment of B2B initiatives with broader brand strategy and leverage enterprise-wide resources effectively
  • Lead development of compelling value propositions and ROI messaging for enterprise customers and health system partners
  • Create and optimize sales enablement content and tools to support business development teams
  • Build and scale marketing programs that drive top-of-funnel growth for our sales team
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies across channels including events, digital, content marketing, and direct response
  • Partner with analytics teams to establish metrics and reporting frameworks that demonstrate marketing impact on business objectives
  • Partner with consulting firms and benefits brokers to drive awareness and consideration
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience driving new business segment or services launches
  • Experience marketing to benefits leaders, consultants, and healthcare executives

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels
  • MBA
