About the position

To further DoorDash’s mission to empower local economies, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketer to join Merchant Partnership Marketing at a pivotal and exciting time for the team and DoorDash. Merchant Partnership Marketing partners with our most valued Enterprise merchants on the platform to create integrated co-marketing campaigns that acquire new customers drive sales and awareness for our mutual businesses. Our North Star is to be the most trusted and sought after co-marketing partner for brands by creating groundbreaking marketing that delivers value to our mutual audiences, drives business impact for our merchants and puts our brands at the center of culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and high profile New Vertical partnerships.
  • Develop annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies and plans while driving alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting.
  • Manage daily operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, creative concept project briefs and development, partner approvals and status meetings.
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance.
  • Use a data-first approach to improve campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, achieve results, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Coach and manage a team.

Requirements

  • Comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly.
  • Deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of the consumer audience.
  • Track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders.
  • 12+ years of professional experience in marketing in a corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that drive customer adoption and top line impact.
  • Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns after the fact.
