As the Senior Manager, Digital Product Experience, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the digital experience across our branded website and assisting with integration of Invitae content within the broader, Labcorp.com experience. This role is pivotal in connecting engagement to action-driving performance, deepening user engagement, and translating marketing strategy into a seamless and scalable digital product. Serving our B2B and B2C audiences, you'll lead content strategy, experience direction, and site governance for our Invitae integration from the lens of audience-centricity, business goals, and brand integrity. You'll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (technology, marketing, sales, etc.) and agency partners to evolve the digital experience into a modern, high-performing channel for education, conversion, and brand storytelling. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three in-office days per week at either our Burlington or Durham, NC location, promoting both collaboration and flexibility. Alternatively, the position may be performed remotely from San Francisco, CA or the surrounding area.
