Senior Manager Digital Product Manager

About the position

The Senior Manager Digital Product Manager will contribute to AEI product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of digital products and integration services. In this role, the right candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design user experiences, and oversee the product development lifecycle. The Senior Manager Digital Product Manager will apply expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of digital products and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the prioritization and delivery of the AEI product roadmap to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry
• Create technology and product roadmaps to provide visibility of risk and improvement options to maintain a proactive attitude among the digital product team
• Develop innovative ideas that co-exist with existing technology and products while maintaining compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards for all AEI consumers
• Execute complex analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to influence product features and prioritization
• Design targets for success while constantly reviewing analytics, the competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content Strategy, and PR teams on planning and executing successful deployment and launch of new products and services, as necessary
• Provide leadership and authorizes continuous and cross-communication across functional units and stakeholder groups, establishing relationships with collaborators at every organizational level
• Mentor and coach team members. Manage and approve product iterations, schedules, releases, and roadmaps to maintain speed to market and differentiation
• Develop actionable insights pertaining to the annual budget needed to address digital product needs for the company while contributing to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

• 5+ years' work experience within the healthcare industry
• 3+ years' experience in scaled agile methodology and Scrum framework
• 3+ years' experience working directly with internal consumers and external vendors to articulate end-to-end solutions
• 2+ years' experience with products developed using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) V9 / V10

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years with GCP
• 5+ years' experience at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) project management and delivery skills
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or PMP
