Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness. Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Spine Biologics & Biomaterials located in Raynham, MA. The Senior Manager, Global Strategic Marketing- Spine Biologics & Biomaterials is responsible for leading the strategic marketing functions for Spine Biologics & Biomaterials platform globally. The core responsibilities include leading marketing teams and building the organizational capabilities needed for their department to meet the specific needs of the organization, market, and customer.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for commercial and NPI development strategies for Spine Biologics & Biomaterials
  • Lead development efforts within the pipeline, understanding the market opportunities that exist in key prioritized areas.
  • Adopt a patient centric view to the treatment of spine pathologies and bony defects across the entire anatomy for today and in the future.
  • Support building commercial capabilities by working with country and region teams, including go-to-market models
  • Collaborate effectively with all business partners with strong fluency and engagement across the J&J Orthopedics Global Marketing Organization, R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, Finance and HR to enable business results and a high-performance culture for the team
  • Coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution
  • Responsible for scouting and bringing superior alliance and acquisition opportunities forward in the bone healing field across all of Orthopedics as well as within other Spine pathologies with a biologic or biomaterial solution
  • Create excitement and engagement around J&J MedTech Spine Biologics & Biomaterials, both internally and externally
  • Be the bone graft and bone healing core technology platform leader across all J&J Orthopedics platforms

Requirements

  • College BS/BA required, MBA preferred and 7+ years total progressive business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, Medical Device Product Development R&D, Medical Device Sales, or a combination of sales and Marketing is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device or another healthcare regulated industry is required
  • Must have significant experience in developing and launching new products and programs
  • Must have experience interacting with key customers and sales organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required
  • Must have ability to work in a hand's -on, fast paced, customer focused environment
  • Should have a track record of career advancement and exceeding expectations
