Our job to be done as marketers in this role is to inspire customers to consider Walmart as a destination for Back to College (and Sporting Goods when relevant). This role will lead Walmart's Back to College cross category campaign with the goal of changing the perception of Walmart, attracting new Gen Z customers to our business and driving loyalty/repeat amongst existing Walmart shoppers. You will partner cross-functionally with retail, site merchandising, creative teams, as well as paid, owned, and earned media channel teams to create and execute marketing plans for our strategic, high-priority season. You'll also be the lead advocate for Sports, Fun & Fitness and Sporting Goods in evergreen media efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in cross category marketing strategy & brief development and campaign execution. This role requires a strategic marketer who is also an executional rockstar and can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
