The Retail Bank Marketing team is continuing to grow to offer VIP marketing experiences to consumers, and the Marketing Technology that fuels these experiences is critical to get right. The Senior Manager, Product Manager for the Marketing Audience Products team plays a critical role in driving this marketing destination state. This is a highly collaborative and data-focused role, where the individual will directly manage a core team of product managers to help shape the retail bank marketing technology roadmap and define audience capabilities that can be scaled across marketing campaigns. Collaborating across data analysts, software engineers, data scientists, operations, and business strategists will help inform this role's perspective in transforming the audience platforms that marketing teams use on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a core team of product managers to shape the retail bank marketing technology roadmap.
  • Define audience capabilities that can be scaled across marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, software engineers, data scientists, operations, and business strategists.
  • Drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
