About the position

As Senior Marketing Designer, you’ll contribute elevated design execution and visual leadership across high-impact projects and day-to-day marketing initiatives. Working under the Art Director, you’ll take ownership of key campaign assets, ensure visual consistency, and guide junior designers to uphold quality standards. You’ll bring experience, precision, and brand fluency to every touchpoint—helping scale creative output while maintaining excellence in a premium skincare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality digital and print materials for product launches, monthly campaigns, and evergreen marketing.
  • Take ownership of major design projects from concept to final delivery, collaborating with the Art Director to refine visual direction.
  • Execute technically accurate packaging updates, including regulatory revisions and dieline formatting.
  • Create campaign-level email designs, paid ad units, and social content aligned with messaging and brand goals.
  • Develop and refine educational documents, internal decks, and sales support tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Act as a mentor and design quality gatekeeper for junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction.
  • Partner with marketing, content, eCommerce, and product teams to deliver clear, aligned communications.
  • Help maintain and evolve shared templates, brand systems, and asset libraries.
  • Ensure all design output meets brand standards across layout, typography, color, and tone.
  • Help refine and expand the visual language of the brand through asset development and template optimization.
  • Lead by example in following and enforcing brand guidelines, especially on high-visibility projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the luxury skin care or beauty space.
  • Experience creating marketing assets for both B2B and D2C.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 annually, adjusted based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
