About the position

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our US Marketing team to spearhead Hugo Boss and Lifestyle brands. You will lead the acceleration of the brand and be responsible for developing and implementing the U.S. Marketing strategy, in alignment with the U.S. financial targets and the Global marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own annual Annual Operating Plan for your brands; support 3yr planning
  • Own development and execution of marketing calendar (in collaboration with cross functional teams): innovation, animations, retailer specific programs, media planning, PR/IM, events
  • Partner with US Fashion House to identify strategic synergies to amplify business potential
  • Monitor brand performance, deliver post launch reports & competitive analysis as needed
  • Create and deliver brand presentations to internal teams and external retail partners
  • Own monthly budget reconciliation for brands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years relevant work experience in marketing or product management
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize info
  • Business acumen, with exposure to P&L
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent Microsoft skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Nice-to-haves

  • Fragrance / US Retailer expertise; knowledge of navigating with a License a plus
  • Must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, independence, proactiveness and ownership, embracing both big picture objectives and follow-through on details.
  • Must be able to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving multiple stakeholders and must easily adapt to change and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions
  • Commercially minded; a consumer-focused marketer who is passionate about building brands
  • Digitally savvy, with marketing knowledge across media – digital, social, print, OOH
