About the position

The position involves managing the budget and forecasting for assigned partners, with a focus on volume and response rates. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert on campaign performance KPIs and reporting, and will be responsible for developing and executing A/B testing to increase response rates. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to conceptualize new marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget and forecast (volume, response rates, etc.) for assigned partners
  • Serve as subject matter expert on campaign performance KPIs and reporting
  • Develop and execute A/B testing that increases response rates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of direct marketing experience, preferably with direct mail knowledge
  • Self-starter; able to seize opportunities with minimal direction
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to read trends and isolate key response variables
  • Excellent marketing skills - ability to conceptualize new ideas, strategies, etc.
  • Results oriented; demonstrated success in overcoming obstacles and launching campaigns on time and on budget
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Google Analytics a plus
