About the position

As the Senior Partner Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Product Organization at Paysafe by identifying, selecting, and onboarding partner products and services that drive innovation and growth. Through data-driven research, market analysis, and effective stakeholder management, you will help shape new opportunities and foster partnerships that enhance Paysafe's product portfolio and long-term growth potential. You will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders including product pillar leads, business and portfolio partners and internal teams to create mutually beneficial and lasting collaborations. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida and offers a blend of 3 in office working days and 2 remote working days during the work week.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build relationships with key external partners, including technology companies, vendors, and industry influencers, to explore growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential partnerships based on their strategic value, feasibility, and alignment with product goals.
  • Lead innovation initiatives with partners to co-create new product solutions, features, and enhancements that bring value to Paysafe.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to ensure that partner-driven innovations are aligned with the overall product strategy, market needs and profitability goals of Paysafe.
  • Drive internal awareness and support for partner innovation projects through presentations, meetings, and workshops.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for partnership and product innovation.
  • Develop and present business cases for new product innovations and partnerships based on market research, customer needs, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, partner development, or business development, preferably in the payments or financial technology sector.
  • Proven experience in partner product selection, onboarding, and strategic collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business challenges, gain a deep understanding of business and delivery models, and present well-founded, data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Understanding of the technical aspects of online payments, card processing and acquiring and alternative payment options is preferred.
  • Prior experience working in a global company with a matrix organisation is preferred.
  • You're comfortable communicating with business stakeholders, Engineering, Design/UX and Analytics teams - verbal and written communication skills and capacity for articulation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English required.

  • Additional language skills e.g. German, French, Spanish would be a plus.
