Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage software projects with a focus on strategic direction.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality applications.
  • Drive continuous improvement by refactoring existing applications.
  • Ensure robust software quality through rigorous testing (unit/feature/integration).
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers to define and monitor SLI/SLO, ensuring application sustainability and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through design sessions, pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Guide the entire lifecycle of services from inception and design to deployment, operation, and refinement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics-related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • 8 years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, Rust or other relevant programming languages.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud computing with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • 5 years in a technical leadership role, setting direction and leading project teams.
  • Proficiency with source code version control tools like Git, GitLab, GitHub, etc.
  • Strong communication skills for updates and resolutions with customers and partners.
  • Experience managing container-based workloads using Kubernetes or other orchestration software.
