About the position
As a Product Manager at Fiserv, you play a crucial role in driving the success of the product organization. Serving as a connection between product management, development, and technology, you ensure that requirements and user stories are accurately translated. Collaborating closely with product strategists, you will introduce new products, enhance existing services, and plan the product roadmap to align with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Strategy to understand market problems and revenue opportunities
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to define product solutions
- Document business requirements through user stories
- Work with technology to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements for product vision
- Lead operational readiness and contribute to product launch activities
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise for the assigned product portfolio
- Provide product support and contribute to the product vision and roadmap
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7 years combined experience in product management or related roles
- Extensive knowledge of the EFT payments industry
- Ability to convey complex concepts and translate business requirements effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact across all levels and functional areas
