  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Credit, Marketing, Compliance, Investor Ops, and Servicing to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, insights, and process enhancements.
  • Perform analysis and monitoring of key performance metrics across the entire customer lifecycle from pre-approval and decisioning to post-issuance servicing and collections enabling informed product and operational decisions.
  • Help shape the evolution of Upgrade’s internal data products by identifying usability gaps, uncovering data quality challenges, and contributing to backlog definition through analytical validation.
  • Design and maintain key data documentation, metric definitions, and validation frameworks that promote consistent usage and governance across reporting and analytics consumers.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve data sanity, availability, and lineage across multiple systems and environments.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis, data quality, and actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations & Marketing.
