Responsibilities
- Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and analytics to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with business goals and user feedback.
- Craft polished, brand-consistent user interfaces, paying close attention to layout, typography, and overall aesthetics.
- Work with cross-functional teams—product managers, engineers, and marketing—to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and on-brand.
- Conduct user testing and leverage data to refine designs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user expectations.
- Establish and maintain design standards, components, and guidelines to promote consistency and efficiency across products.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in UX/product design ideally with both startup and large enterprise environments.
- Strong skills in designing flows, wireframes, and information architectures.
- Experience working with technical teams on structured digital products.
- A portfolio showcasing product design solutions that demonstrate your technical proficiency, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Empathy for end users, ensuring design choices improve usability and delight.
- Eagerness to tackle complex challenges in a collaborative environment.
- Comfortable designing within complex systems and managing interdependencies.
- Skilled at translating complex requirements into simple, intuitive user flows.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new approaches and skills, and adapt to evolving requirements.
