Senior Product Manager (Client Reference)

About the position

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Client Reference) to focus on Client Setup and Configuration for Apex, including new systems and services. You will have the exceptional opportunity to learn from experts in the industry, from our department heads to some of the founders of our company.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing the strategy, vision and roadmap for our client configuration tool, a centralized service for managing client-specific configuration data within our cloud-based investment infrastructure platform.
• Working with cross-functional teams to develop and document detailed product requirements and lead products from design to launch.
• Working with customers and senior business leaders to identify and solve for product gaps.
• Using business metrics to drive strategy and innovation.
• Authoring Annual Operating Plans, Product Charters, PR-FAQs, Narratives and other product-related artifacts.
• Researching and communicating market trends.
• Conducting competitive analysis to understand our place in the market.
• Providing insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders based on deep analysis and alignment with business goals.
• Being accountable for the functional and financial success of your products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science or engineering (or equivalent work experience) required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in securities, structured data, and back-office systems.
• Solid track record managing the full lifecycle of product development, preferably within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
• Experience researching, defining, and documenting market and product requirements.
• Experience in financial markets or a strong interest in learning the securities industry preferred.
