Senior Product Manager, Discovery

About the position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Recommendations team, passionate about helping buyers discover more of what Etsy has to offer them. This role leads a squad responsible for helping buyers more deeply explore areas of inventory aligned with their interests. This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Recommendations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to develop a product strategy and roadmap that addresses high upside customer problems
• Drive, socialize, and align teammates and leaders on key product decisions that shape the future of discovery on Etsy
• Partner with teams across Recommendations and beyond to build end to end solutions that deliver impact to our customers and the business
• Contribute to team culture, health, and success by identifying, advocating for, and taking action on opportunities to help teammates and the broader team grow and thrive

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management or comparable experience
• Customer centric - have a deep desire to learn about and serve our customers and actively take steps to improve our understanding of and empathy for them
• Outcomes focused - embrace the need to deliver meaningful impact to our customers which in turn drives growth of the business, and have established a track record of doing so
