Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in defining Flex’s money movement strategy and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall vision and business objectives
  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to release and post-release analysis
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap, providing clear and detailed specifications, prioritizing features, and addressing technical challenges
  • Own (define and analyze) key metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder presentations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product management experience
  • Proven track record of working closely with engineering for successful product delivery (execution excellence)
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend engineering systems and architectures
  • Demonstrated ability to drive impact on goals and metrics through quantitative analysis
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively communicating data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and ensuring quality outcomes
  • Passion for problem-solving and a keen intellectual curiosity
  • Highly motivated team player with a startup mindset, capable of handling multiple projects

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in fintech, banking, or credit products is advantageous
