Senior Product Manager, Risk/LTV

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and own the roadmap development for a risk domain
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of the roadmap by providing clear specifications, prioritizing features, and addressing technical challenges
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, compliance, legal, and risk policy stakeholders to define products that achieve department OKRs
• Advocate for our customers by shipping products in the best interest of them and our business
• Work closely with Flex’s Customer Support and Operations teams to provide the best possible experience to our customers
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering for successful product delivery (execution excellence)
• Experience in fintech, banking, or credit products
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to comprehend engineering systems and architectures
• Experience with underwriting, fraud, or decisioning platforms is a plus
• Demonstrated quantitative skills, showcasing impact on metrics
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and adept communication of data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-directed and capable of working independently to drive project ownership and ensure high-quality outcomes
• Passionate problem-solver with a keen intellectual curiosity
• Highly motivated team player with a startup mindset, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
