Senior Product Manager

Phenom is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap for our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product management and a strong understanding of the product development process. They will have a proven track record of delivering successful products and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for our SaaS products that aligns with our business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers' pain points, needs, and behaviors to inform product decisions and drive customer success.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-offs based on impact and effort.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and measure success metrics for our products and use data to inform product decisions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS products at scale.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Customer obsession mindset, an unwavering commitment to earn trust, and a deep dive mentality.
• Passion for building quality products, with a ruthless prioritization framework that drives impactful decisions.
• Financial acumen and good writing skills.
• HR or People Tech expertise is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
