Our solution provides them with an all-in-one platform to manage their practice and the tools and resources to thrive as a practitioner and business owner. We're seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Practice Workflow Automation to transform how private practices operate. You'll immerse yourself in the daily administrative realities of running a practice, pinpointing critical 'jobs-to-be-done' that extend beyond direct client care. Your mission is to build solutions that dramatically reduce administrative burden, provide actionable insights for more effective practice management, and enhance collaboration among practice staff. Your work will be pivotal in evolving SimplePractice from a system of record to a system of action and insights for our customers, ultimately empowering private practices to start, grow, and thrive profitably. Success in this role demands a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and the ability to skillfully navigate the complex intersection of technology and practice management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for workflow automation features.
  • Deeply understand the administrative and management workflows within private practice.
  • Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify emerging trends in technology.
  • Deeply understand customers, their needs, and ensure products deliver exceptional value.
  • Champion collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Roll up your sleeves and get things done, diving into the details and iterating quickly.
  • Closely monitor product performance through key metrics, analytics, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience including strategic product vision and zero to one product development.
  • A proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing AI/ML-powered solutions to customers.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A passionate advocate for your product with enthusiasm for building remarkable solutions.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
