About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Epsilon, you'll play a vital role in driving the adoption of our industry-leading data solutions. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing initiatives that resonate with our clients. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of our data products. By becoming a go-to expert on buyer personas, market landscapes, and competitive insights, you'll empower our sales team to champion our solutions. Your work will contribute to the development of sales collateral, thought leadership content, and research that supports our marketing goals. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and key differentiators for our data products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Consumer Insights) to create thought leadership content and research.
  • Craft impactful sales collateral across the entire marketing funnel, encompassing sales presentations, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and more.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to various marketing teams (Demand Generation, Communications/PR, Content Marketing, Analyst Relations) to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to develop annual marketing plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, data sales, programmatic advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the martech or data space.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Ability to grasp and translate complex technical capabilities into clear benefits.
  • Demonstrated success in creating compelling messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, managing product launches, and end-to-end execution within a large matrixed organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, global organization.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Highly organized with good follow through capabilities.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
