About the position

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to support product marketing efforts and contribute to the success of our cutting-edge offerings. This role will focus on executing marketing initiatives and driving product visibility, ensuring alignment with business objectives to create impactful campaigns and measurable results. As a Product Marketing Manager at Frontgrade, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to shape product positioning, launch strategies, and sustained growth plans, making a tangible impact on the success of our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business unit to align marketing strategies with key business objectives.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting key audiences.
  • Implement and refine product marketing strategies, including market research, positioning, product launches, and ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product management to translate market insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • Support the execution of the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business milestones and strategic goals.
  • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of high-value marketing assets such as white papers, product brochures, webinars, and videos.
  • Advocate for product value by contributing to thought leadership efforts internally and externally.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze data, and provide insights through accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
  • Nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience may be considered with a Master's Degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build partnerships and influence across teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful product marketing strategies and demand generation campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft products.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making to analyze results and refine strategies for optimal impact.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve marketing goals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, customer engagement, demand generation and sales enablement strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
