Senior Project Manager

About the position

The Senior Project Manager will support the Project Director in facilitating his/her work, by identifying actions to be taken, when and by whom, by ensuring that any submission or statement by other parties is thoroughly analyzed and questioned, if applicable, before it is raised to him/her.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project’s day-to-day activities and the Arcadis team.
• Ensure effective communication (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Be well acquainted with both design and construction processes.
• Comfortable in leading technical discussions in either phases.
• Work with little supervision and multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Question assessments made by other parties when in doubt.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience, 8 of which in a project management function.
• Relevant college degree in architectural/engineering or related field.
• Experience with governmental agencies and CMAR delivery method is highly desirable but not mandatory.
