About the position

The Senior Software Development Engineer will work on applications supporting Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Business Model Strategy organizations. To be successful you will need to have a broad understanding of data models, front-end and server side components. You will collaborate with architects and engineering teams integrating disparate data sources, to enable users to uncover insights. You will leverage AI and large language models (LLMs) to solve problems that has never been addressed before.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal business operations stakeholders and technology teams to understand business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with architects and other engineers to generate and document technical designs
  • Build tools and APIs based on Adobe technology stack that includes AWS, Azure and other vendor and internally developed frameworks
  • Research and prototype ideas based on latest industry trends i.e. LLMs and AI, demonstrate to stakeholders and assess prototype performance and fit

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Preferred in Computer Science or relevant experience
  • 8+ Years Experience with BS or 5+ Years Experience with MS
  • 5+ Years Experience with Python or equivalent
  • Experience with developing applications with any of the following: React, Flask, Django, Streamlit or Spring Boot
  • Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and embeddings
  • Experience deploying and managing containerized services on Azure or AWS platforms
  • Some experience with database design and architecture with a drive for delivering data with high throughput and low latency
  • Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoy creative problem solving
  • Ability to solve problems collaboratively and build strong relationships
  • Experience delivering quality process and outcomes
  • Process orientation with strong attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

  • Nice to have experience with React Spectrum

  • U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 -- $242,000 annually
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP)
