About the position
TRAILD is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company that streamlines, automates and protects Accounts Payable. Just as your bank provides always on risk protection for your credit card, TRAILD provides a similar level of security to help businesses protect their B2B payments from fraud, errors and mistakes. Our specialized Accounts Payable software integrates with leading business ERP systems like SYSPRO, Acumatica, MYOB, and IFS to help clients make their AP process more streamlined, automated and secure. Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of highly scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems using state-of-the-art technology
- Develop and execute against both short and long-term roadmaps. Make effective trade-offs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
- Drive projects from idea formulation to implementation across our global infrastructure and customer base
- Collaborate with product managers, finance/revenue teams, and other engineering teams to build new features and products creating impact for our customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in hands-on technical roles, with a strong background in software engineering and architectural design
- Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down technical details and decisions for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to go deep, understand both the domain and complex customer needs
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, where you are continuously honing your craft
- Experience in dotnet core & C# working in a cloud-native environment or experience with other modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, C#, etc.)
- Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit
Nice-to-haves
- Direct experience in fintech with experience in B2B payments in the US and EMEA
